Order Placement

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day/7 days a week on-line or by phone between 9.00am and 5.00pm on +44 (0)1252 793004. Orders will be despatched within 3 days of placement. You will be contacted immediately should an item you order be unavailable for distribution.

Returned Items

Creative Cushions should be notified within 10 days of receiving your order should you wish to make any returns. Returns will be accepted for the following reasons:

Dissatisfaction with the quality of the merchandise
Receipt of merchandise that was not part of your order
If the merchandise is defective

Creative Cushions will happily replace damaged or defective items at no cost to you. All items must be returned in original packaging. For other returns, place returned items in original packaging and return the items (at your expense) to:

Your credit/debit card will be credited for the amount of the returned items. Original delivery charges will not be credited.
